Chairman of the Board - Ing. Attila Tóth, PhD.
PhD in computer science, founder and president of Novitech a.s. (1990). Mr. Tóth has acquired extensive experience in managing large-scale projects as technical advisor of UNIDO between 1982 – 1990. In 1999-2001 he acted as a member of the crisis management board of East Slovakian Steel (VSZ) as vice-president for information services. Since 2002 he is vice-president of the Slovak Project Management Association for EU relations and is a Board Member of Safarik University in Košice since 2004. In 2002 he founded the TeleDom eLearning Center, an outstanding IT and management training facility in the region.

Vice-Chairman of the Board - Ing. Peter Birčák
In 2005, Peter Birčák became Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 1993, he was acting as Financial Director of the Novitech a.s. ; in 2001-2003, he occupied the same position within VSŽ INŽINIERING s.r.o.; and in 2003-2004 of VSŽ OCEKON s.r.o. Currently he is acting as Executive Director of Novitech Tax s.r.o., subsidiary of Novitech a.s.

Member of the Board - Ing. Pavel Karlík
Since 1994 acting in position of director and executive officer of Novitech Bratislava, s.r.o., and covering project management for insurance companies of the Ministry of Interior and Taxation Information Systems. He has been acting for a long-time as expert in management systems for the Institute of Applied Cybernetics in Bratislava and as an expert of automation technology at the State Textile Research Institute.

Member of the Board - Ing. Jozef Balun
In 2005, Jozef Balun was elected as member of the Board of Directors. Earlier working with the Ústav experimentálnej fyziky, Košice, later at the Výskumný ústav technológie riadenia, Prague, and since 1992 in Novitech a.s. as project manager, project director, and currently general manager.

Member of the Board - Ing. Martin Greš
Ing. Martin Greš is the financial manager of Novitech a.s. He managed the financial department of the company and successfully completed the study of Financial Management and an expert course of Effective Management at the City University , Bratislava . Since 2002, he was member of the Supervisory Board and since 2008 he is member of the Board of Directors.

Chairwoman of the Board - Zuzana Dubovecká
From 1996 till 2001, Zuzana Dubovecká acted as Human resources director of Novitech a.s. .In 2001 Novitech Partner, s.r.o., was founded, and she became the company director. The company is active on the market of training, rentals and hotel services. In 2002, she became chairwoman of the Supervisory Board.
Member of the Board - Ing. Anton Lacko
Anton Lacko acts as a member of the Supervisory Board since 2005. Upon completion of his university study he worked 28 years in VSŽ, a.s., Košice, from which 13 years in a position as section chief of economic information and analysis. Later he acted as a section chief of financial analysis in Casoviainvest, a.s. In 1996 he became general manager of CIF, s.r.o. Currently he is retired.
Member of the Board - Ing. Mikuláš Baluch
Mikuláš Baluch acts as a member of the Supervisory Board since 2008. Upon completion of his university studies at Technical University in Košice he worked in Slovakia and also abroad, where he made use of his language knowledge. He is capable to speak fluently in English, German, French, Spanish, Hungarian. He worked in Novitech a.s. as an expert for european projects.
