Simultaneously the company cooperates with secondary schools. Their students are provided with opportunities to accomplish compulsory secondary school practical trainings. This cooperation has proved to be mutually beneficial.

Novitech a.s. as well as Novitech Tax s.r.o. strive to address young graduates with presentations on job exchange events organised under the auspices of universities, and also through direct cooperation and lectures delivered by its own managers at diverse departments of the Kosice universities.
