Ethical behaviour is a key factor within the process of establishing a company within the market, its long term operation, and economic interests.

A company´s reputation and trust in the eyes of the employees and all involved parties belong to the most important values of the company as the company observes and builds upon them.

All company employees are liable to act in line with this Code of Ethics, observe highest moral standard in both working and commercial conduct, and create an atmosphere of respect and confidence.

Principles

Relations within the company are based on high esteem and dignity of each human being.

Every individual working for the company is liable to respect his/her colleagues, behave in compliance with principles of mutual confidence and cooperation, and create an atmosphere of shared esteem and intensive communication.

Every employee is entirely responsible for his conduct, consequently he/she is to behave so as to protect legitimate interests of the company, his/her colleagues as well as business partners, and not to exploit or downgrade the reputation and position of the company.

Employees are aware that profit, growth, and success of the company account for the contribution of each employee, and consequently they strive utterly to achieve them.

Employees and the company management keep in mind that strategic planning is a presumption for creating a successful prospect of the company.

Incessant analysis of company client needs is a prerequisite in the delivery of quality services for the client.

All the employees of the company are liable to protect information pertaining to the company or related to its business activities. This information is deemed confidential, it can be used for working purposes only and never for private purposes.

Observing secrecy on given information is also related to the period after termination of the working relationship between company and employee.

Besides working and legal relationship with the employer the employee may also perform other wage-earning activities consistent or similar to the scope of his/her employer with prior written consent of employer.

Employees are liable to protect the property of the company, both tangible and intangible.

If found damaged or misused (know-how, leak of information in favour of competition or third parties, misuse for own profit, loss and damage of tangible property) by intentional behaviour or negligence the employer may recover compensation for damage caused by such behaviour.

The Code of Ethics concerns all the managers and employees of the company. All of them are liable to observe the code, act in compliance with its content and support it. All of them must be aware of the implications resulting from this breach thereof qualified as violation of the internal working regulations and may be sanctioned accordingly.
